The home improvement industry is a multi-billion dollar industry and thousands of everyday people just like you and me earn a good living each and everyday and so can you! With over twenty-five years in the industry I’ll show you how numerous possibilities await you and the good part is you don’t need a lot of start up money.

After college I was awakened to the fact that I was a corporate misfit and no company recruiters were beating a path to my door… no, not even one. I soon realized that if I was going to make-it I had to do it myself. And that’s when the journey began… a quarter of a century ago!

My first business was a small lawn care service that I started in July 1982. I bought an inexpensive lawn mower and began knocking on doors- literally. And after earning a whopping twenty-five dollars in only a hour and a half, I was hooked on free enterprise. You see prior to me opening the lawn care service I was working at a state mental school and I was only making five dollars and some change an hour. As I continued to work I began adding other services such as cleaning windows and raking leaves in the fall. There’s so much that can be done around the home that can generate cash money for you.

From cleaning windows to cleaning interior walls and ceilings inside the home; you can make thousands and even tens of thousands if you are willing to apply yourself. There are many different tasks that need to be done around every home and each task has the potential to bring in more revenue.

Interior cleaning, painting, drywall repair, flooring, carpentry, yard maintenance and cleaning, trash removal and the list goes on and on and so does the money. I can truthfully say that I have made hundreds of thousands over a twenty-five year span and I knew absolutely nothing about home improvement when I started.
